Protecting My Children’s Hearts: Lessons in Motherhood

Here’s something motherhood has taught me… There will be people in your life who don’t show much interest in your children, and that’s not on you. As their mom, their protector, it’s my job to guard not just their hearts, but mine as well. I’ve stopped chasing anyone to be a part of their lives. If my kids don’t know them, that’s on those people, not us. At the end of the day, it’s their loss  . Because titles aren’t just given, they’re earned.

The Importance of Patience and Understanding for New Moms: A Two-Year Journey

As I swing my kettlebell towards the morning sky on this pristine beach, I’m not just working out.  I’m making a statement—a commitment to my health, for myself and for my family.  This isn’t just exercise; it’s a reflection of my life philosophy.  Every lift, every squat is a step toward being there for my beautiful wife and our three wonderful daughters for as long as I possibly can. Here at VibinLife , we believe in living a balanced life, and today, I want to share with you what that looks like for me.  It’s about more than staying fit; it’s about filling my cup so that I can be there for those I love.  If I’m not at my best, how can I give my best to my family? “You can’t take care of anyone else if your cup is not full.” This saying drives everything I do.  From each morning’s workout to every decision I make throughout the day, I’m focused on maintaining a strong foundation of health and happiness.  It’s about making a conscious choice eve...

One moment, you're soaking in the joy of being with your kids, and the next, you're dreaming of the quiet escape of working just a little to feel like yourself again. It's a constant balancing act between living in the moment and longing for a sliver of time where you can contribute to something beyond the walls of your home. We all want to be present with our kids 24/7—after all, those precious moments pass by so quickly! But at the same time, there’s that inner tug, that voice whispering, “You want to contribute financially... and, hey, maybe do something just for you!” Oh, and let’s not forget the simple craving for a break now and then (a full cup of coffee without interruptions would be nice). 🌪️ Does this sound familiar? If you're nodding along, it's fine—really, we’re all fine! 🤣♥️ The Mom-Life Struggle is Real : But You’re Not Alone Every stay-at-home mom feels this pull—wanting to be everything for their kids and...
