Changing Health Exponentially

At 44 years old, I can say I’ve learned the hard way on what the human male body responds to, when it comes to activity and health patterns. I’ve tried soooo many “hacks” and have come to the simple realization that our biology dominates the equation.

  1. Walk outside in the sun
  2. Bend down, get up, carry stuff often
  3. Eat like humans did 200 years ago
  4. Hug other humans frequently
  5. Find a peer group with similar interests and be consistent
  6. Put a priority on sleep over ANYTHING in life
  7. Set the smart phone down (big one for me)
